Front End Manager:
The Front End Manager oversees all cashier, customer service, and front-end operations. This role ensures a welcoming experience for shoppers and fosters an efficient, friendly, and cooperative environment.
Prepared Foods (Bakery) Team Member:
Prepared Foods & Bakery Team Members help produce fresh, delicious baked goods and prepared foods that reflect Abundance Food Co-op’s values of quality, sustainability, and community. This role supports daily food production, packaging, rotating products, kitchen cleanliness, and excellent customer service for shoppers seeking ready-to-eat items.
General Team Member:
To create a positive, friendly and welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and attentively ringing them up at the cashier terminals. To provide customers with excellent customer service following Policies and Guidelines established by the Co-op. Cross train in other departments.
