Music Therapy Recovery Group

Open To All: Please join us to make beautiful medicine-music together! Come with your personal instrument or use Jen’s instruments: Shruti box, rattles, tambourine, hand drums, singing bowl. Please feel free to sing, chant or rap to the beats we create. This is truly a time to let our spirits and creativity take over the mind as we come together to share and marvel in the soul-stirring music that erupts from within.
Registration preferred, but walk-ins are welcome!
