Looking to get into the wonderful world of knitting? Join us for Knitting Basics, a foundational course that will help to start your knitting journey!

In this introductory class, you will learn how to:

• Find the right yarn for your needle size
• Tie a slip knot
• Use the long tail cast-on method to start a project
• Knit and purl stitches
• The basics of reading a pattern

You’ll leave having practiced these skills, and with a pattern to try your hand at home!

Needles, yarn, and instruction sheets provided. If you have fine motor difficulties or need a built-up hook, please contact Megan to discuss accommodations.
