First Friday | Art of Siouxzee Daniels & Art of Leslie Hannon

Otherwise known as No Fun Zone: Siouxzee Daniels is a self-taught multimedia collage artist, with an emphasis on collage and paint. She started making collages in grade school, using a variety of images to tell her story.
In 2017, Siouxzee started selling her artwork. After falling in love with the process of pour paintings as backgrounds, she began incorporating the medium into her collages and created her signature style.
Siouxzee grew up in Rochester and resides in the city. You can find Siouxzee’s artwork on Instagram @nofunzoneartznjunk.
Leslie Hannon is a photographer and multi media artist with a long family history in Rochester, NY. Leslie started with film photography and studied graphic arts in vocational school before digital photography became mainstream, but is otherwise self taught over the past 31 years.
Leslie has had her photography published several times in local publications and worked as a volunteer reporter for Reclaiming The Narrative during the Daniel Prude protests. She participated in the Black Lives Through Lenses exhibit at The Avenue Blackbox Theatre where she did volunteer photography of events for the following year.
This is Leslie’s first time showing her creative photography. She does a wide range of art including wood burning, jewelry design, and candle making. Her work can be found on Instagram @lelhannon
