We strive to be a cooperative which contributes to our community’s wellness through not only the amazing food we offer, but also through our classes & events

COMMUNITY COMPOSTING

One of the great programs we have here at the Co-op, is our partnership with Community Composting. Since 2013 Community Composting has been collecting food scraps in the Rochester area; Composting greatly reduces greenhouse gases, curbs the need for landfills, and replenishes our soils!

If you are interested in learning how to compost, we also have classes here at the Co-op led by Community Composting – make sure to check out the calendar below for dates and times!
