Each month the Board of Directors reviews a common schedule of items that include:

• Review and approve minutes from the previous meeting
• Approve Agenda for the current meeting
• Owner Forum (time for owners in attendance to discuss topics important to them)
• GM update and monitoring
• Board monitoring
• Committee updates (Linkage, Board Development, Governance)
• Discussion/Decisions
• Executive Session (when needed)
• Review actions items, decisions, and plan the next meeting
