New location. New logo. Same love for real food and cooperation. Come April 1, you're going to notice something a little different about Abundance–a new logo and look ahead of our move to 571 South Avenue in the South Wedge.
Abundance Food Co-op is a member of National Co+op Grocers (NCG), a cooperative that supports and advocates for more than 180 food co-ops across the United States at the national level. We recognize the barriers that exist for a large number of South Wedge residents to accessing nutritious, affordable foods. We are dedicated to increasing food access and nutrition education in our new neighborhood. Neighborfood is a food and nutrition literacy program–help us get it off the ground!
To mark the recent start of construction on our future home in the South Wedge, we held a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, December 7. We held the event to make two important announcements.
When you order your turkey, Thanksgiving sides, or pies from Abundance Food Co-op, you'll add a delicious dimension to your meal, co-op style.
In October, we’re proud to join with nearly 150 food co-ops around the country to celebrate the many stories of how cooperative companies, suppliers, manufacturers and farmers are growing strong, healthy communities around the world. Together with our co-op shoppers, we can make a difference!
